	Arlene T Ballou, Founder and Executive Director; A diversified management professional with experience in both the corporate and non-profit worlds.   Experienced in training, writing program curriculums, statistical analysis and the design and set up of social purpose businesses and for profit entities for youth, adult, and disabled populations.
	David DuPuy, Board Chair; An accomplished workforce development professional with an exceptional track record in creating partnerships with major NYC employers for placement of out of school youth.  Mr. DuPuy has also authored program trainers manuals with implementation guides, and has been a lead presenter and trainer for DYCD and Goodwill Industries.
	Robert Couture, Director; A visual engineer and designer developing systems for major corporation's manufacturing divisions around the country.  Mr. Couture is also a professional network and computer designer with the ability to build and implement a businesses technology infrastructure.  Mr. Couture is currently an engineer for EngeTech.
	Suzanne Brooks, Secretary; Expert in international donations management and policy.  Twenty years experience serving as resource to United States Agency for International Development’s Office of Foreign Disaster Assistance (USAID/OFDA) on matters of international disaster response, specifically donor education and outreach.  Liaison with the public, corporate and diplomatic entities involved in international humanitarian affairs. Specialist in public relations and media messaging related to appropriate international disaster response.
	Deb Laramee, Director;  a highly experienced IT Program Manager, Ms Laramee brings many years of federal project management and development to CWD.  Currently serving on 3 Management Review Boards, and Chairperson of the TAM / SME Reference Manual Management Review Board.
	Theresa Ryan, Director, A Counselor and Educator of youth and parents for 13 years in Northern Virginia.  Ms. Ryan has become involved in community projects, and working with community members to have a voice in their county.
