manufacturing divisions around the country. Mr. Couture is also a
professional network and computer designer with the ability to build and
implement a businesses technology infrastructure. Mr. Couture is currently
an engineer for EngeTech. |

Expert in international donations management and
policy. Twenty years experience serving as
resource to United States Agency for
International Development’s Office of Foreign
Disaster Assistance (USAID/OFDA) on matters of
international disaster response, specifically
donor education and outreach. Liaison with the
public, corporate and diplomatic entities
involved in international humanitarian affairs.
