The Center for Workforce Development's vision is the cumulative effort of experienced and driven directors.  The directors on average have more than 15 years of non-profit, social service, government contracting, and business experience between them.

This unique collaboration has created an organization that can be part of the development of strong social and capital programs domestically, and eventually, in countries throughout the world.

The Center for Workforce Development, CWD, offer holistic wrap around services to communities through our two divisions, Direct Services and Technical Assistance.  While both are very distinct, both are guided by CWD's guiding principles of creating opportunities by strengthening resources and partnerships for the individual and in turn the community.
