We work to improve the lives and well being of our participants and their families by providing a livable wage and opportunities for life-long learning while always being of service to our community.

The Center for Workforce Development's vision is the cumulative effort of experienced and driven directors.  The directors on average have more than 15 years of non-profit, social service, government contracting, and business experience between them.

This unique collaboration has created an organization that can be part of the development of strong social and capital programs domestically, and eventually, in countries throughout the world.
